Return Policy for VIP Membership Deliveries
Force Factor, LLC retains a total guarantee of customer satisfaction on all Force Factor VIP Membership products. If you, the buyer, are unhappy with the product for any reason - even if you've used the full supply of the product - you can return the remaining supply or empty bottle for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling. To obtain your refund in the United States and Canada, call us at +1 (877) 204-3263 Mon-Fri: 9am - 6pm Eastern Time (US). Customers located in Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, please call us at +1 (877) 301-6149. Customers in Australia, please call us at 1800-849-073. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To receive your refund, your return must be received at our shipping facility within 30 days of purchase. Be sure to clearly write the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the shipping box or polybag. Our shipping department is typically NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number. You pay for return shipping.

We typically will not accept or issue a refund for any packages marked "return to sender" or refused that do not include a valid RMA number. If you return a package, we recommend that you obtain proof of shipment and insurance. Upon receipt of your returned product with a valid RMA number, a refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used to place the order. After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 5-7 business days or less to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it can take up to one billing cycle for the refund to be posted to your account, depending on your credit card company or financial institution.
